Requirements:
1. Can identify high impact process improvement opportunities by facilitating discussions/assessments/workshops with Senior Management and clients.
2. Conversion of opportunities to well defined projects (Project Charter and Registration).
3. Can facilitate improvement project for application of tools, methodology, project timelines and conduct tollgate reviews (Mentoring project execution).
4. Drive BVD (Business Value Delivery).
5. Train stakeholder, Drive Certification program & Lead complex projects.
6. Viewed as continuous improvement & transformation expert.
7. A degree holder in Engineering or Master of Computer Application
